Our journey started in 1973 when Process Plant (Pty) Ltd was formed to provide Lump Sum Turnkey Chemical plants for the Industry. In 1988 the IMS Group acquired Process Plant and it became known as IMS Process Plant. By 2001 a management buyout was led and the Process Plant division of the company was sold, AR Process Projects was formed. In 2005 a 30% share of the company was taken by 2 of our black Chemical Engineers. Our current shareholding was changed in 2016 where we became a 51% Black owned company.
